Noel-Levitz has a position opening for a sales/service professional for its retention assessment instruments. Though the position is located in Coralville, Iowa, service extends throughout North America.
Position Description
The person who serves in this position is a key member of a collaborative team responsible for phone-based sales and service of two widely-utilized student retention diagnostic tools, the Student Satisfaction Inventory™ and the Retention Management System™. The position includes process work flows and efficient and effective telephone outreach, with extensive responsibility for phone and written communication with prospective and current clients. This individual will work with colleges to relate educational goals to the implementation of the diagnostic tools. The position also involves assisting clients with interpretation and application of their results as part of their initiatives, and coordinating ongoing data research and development projects. Some travel and presenting are required.
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience in either higher education, program coordination, or proven sales results is required. Candidates should have demonstrated experience with data analysis and interpretation, an understanding of issues related to student success and persistence in post-secondary education, and possess superior oral and written communication skills.
